By downloading, installing, or using My Second Sight ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
My Second Sight provides a floating camera overlay that allows users to see their surroundings while using other apps. Features include move/fade controls, video recording (subscription), camera flip (subscription), and audio recording (subscription).
IMPORTANT: DO NOT USE MY SECOND SIGHT WHILE DRIVING OR OPERATING VEHICLES. The App is designed for pedestrians who want to maintain awareness while walking. You assume all risks associated with using the App.
You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws, including privacy laws and consent requirements for recording audio or video.
Free: Basic features including move, fade, and instructions.
Plus ($3/month): Adds resize overlay, video recording, and local save.
Pro ($8/month): Adds camera flip, audio recording, share videos, and priority support.
Lifetime ($79 one-time): All Pro features forever.
All payments processed through Google Play Billing. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before period ends.
All camera and microphone data is processed locally on your device. We do not upload, store, or transmit any camera feed, video recordings, or audio recordings to our servers. See our Privacy Policy for complete details.
You agree not to use the App: while driving, for any illegal purpose, to violate privacy rights of others, or in any manner that could damage the App.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS". WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL FUNCTION ERROR-FREE. YOU USE THE APP AT YOUR OWN RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MY SECOND SIGHT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY ACCIDENTS, INJURIES, OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM USE OF THE APP.
My Second Sight donates 10% of subscription profits to organizations supporting blindness research and aid. Donations are made quarterly after accounting for operating expenses.
We may terminate your access to the App for violation of these Terms. Subscriptions are non-refundable upon termination for cause.
