The Second Sight viewer for Apple devices and the Sony PSP is a simple and innovative application designed to simplify the triggering and playing of audio, video, 3D holographic and Internet content, and add a new dimension to lessons and subjects using traditional printed text.

 

What Can Second Sight Do In Education?

Second Sight has been designed with education for the user in mind, whether this be in schools, colleges or training centres. The intuitive user interface has proven to be easy to use by pupils as young as those in Year 2 and Year 3, and has even proved beneficial to pupils and students with SEN requirements.

Getting The Second Sight Viewer

The education version of Second Sight can be used on Apple iPhone, iPod Touch 4th Generation, iPad 2 and new iPad and the Sony PSP console.

Create Content For Your Lessons, Create Content In Your Lessons!

Teachers can use Second Sight and the Content Creation Suite to create triggered audio, video and even 3D holographic content to use in their lessons and work alongside worksheets, exercises workbooks and even course text book including those with outdated content - simply add markers to the pages you want to update and associate content with them!

The creation doesn't stop with the teachers, purchasing an extended licence allows educators to install the Content Creation Suite on up to 15 PC's or Macs running Bootcamp. The pupils can then take on the roles of content creators, associating audio, video and 3D holographic models with markers they have embedded into their work or even as part of treasure hunts and interactive trails.
